We are a UK based company. All orders have a 3-5 working day processing time (MON-FRI) unless otherwise stated on the listing.
We offer free international delivery on all items! But please be aware that this is standard mail, with NO TRACKING OR INSURANCE, so if you would like to upgrade your shipping you can do so at the checkout. If you are placing a large order and would like a courier delivery, let us know in advance and we'll be able to find the cheapest option for you.
UK SHIPPING - Your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. They give us a delivery estimate of 1-2 working days. While deliveries usually make their way to you in this time, please remember that this is an estimate, and it can sometimes take a little longer, especially around the festive period or during bad weather. These are all factors which are completely out of our control, so we thank you for your patience if it's taken a little longer than expected. You have the option to upgrade to Recorded delivery which will add tracking and insurance on to your delivery.
UK RETURNS - We only accept refunds and exchanges on items returned to us within 14 days. Customers are liable for paying to ship the item back to us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Your order will be sent via Royal Mail International. They give us a delivery estimate of 5-7 working days, however this does not take into account the fact that your item will most likely be held in customs for a while, sometimes weeks, as it makes its way to you, so we advise a more realistic delivery estimate of 10-20 working days. Items will also take much longer to arrive around the festive period, during bad weather and during times where there are terror incidents in your area. You have the option to upgrade to International tracked (recommended), or courier shipping. Both will add tracking and insurance on to your delivery. Please note that it can take several days for your 'tracking' information to go live as it makes it's way to you. You are also liable for any customs taxes that will need to be applied to the item. This is different depending on the value of the item, and the rules in your area, so get in touch with your local post office before purchasing and they will be able to let you know if any feel will be applied to your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international items at this time, so we ask you to read the size guides carefully before purchasing.
